Always PGP encrypt every message you send on any tor based webmail, for situations like this

PSA Warning

Providing a BTC address in this statement for donations seems like a red flag. Do not donate to this BTC address. This screams honeypot.

Yeah seems more like someone hacked the server and is trying to scam, but bitcoin over xmr screams state agencies lol

[–]bynarie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good point. Why send btc, its 100% non-anonymous.

Telegram is immune since it’s based in Russia

      Edit: actually the UAB!

      [–]DrDeath47 1 point2 points  (2 children)

No, it's actually based in the UAE.

      [–]SamanthaSamsung 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Hmm, you’re right! Ive been misinformed :)

they commit Human Rights Violations and own Multiple US Sporting Company rights. So Speaking about them doing anything illegal results in them fucking the economy and stocks.

Edit: So if you're concerned about your shit being seized it's unlikely too.

      [–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (10 children)

But that’s clear net , they always screw themselves by putting shit on there . This is dark net , which is best to take down since they can get the anonymous users out

      [–]Scumful_ 4 points5 points  (8 children)

dark.net , clear net, either way it shouldnt matter tbh. just cause its the dark net shouldnt be a reason to seize them, and just cause its on the clear net shouldnt be a resaon to leave it alone. tor isnt illegal or anything.

      [–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well sadly the only reason why these seizures happen is because they don’t pay money to the governments so In the end it’s All just about money and not keeping people safe

      [–]bynarie 1 point2 points  (4 children)

Agreed, but its law enforcement.. They think the "dark net" is all crime and drugs. If you use TOR, you are a criminal. Period.

      [–]Scumful_ 1 point2 points  (3 children)

true, they do think that. once when i was a teen i got in trouble (long story i dont really want to get into tbh) and they seized my laptop, had nothing to do with anything but they put in the court papers where they were listing the evidence they found, that i had tor browser on it and said that its used to do illegal stuff over the internet privately to stop law enforcement from figuring out what you're doing, how its a way to evade them and hide criminal activities 🤣 literally put that in there just out of nowhere basically, trying to say i was probably using it to hide what i was doing 🤣 like just because i have tor doesnt mean anything... they put that in there to paint me as worse of a person.

      [–]bynarie 0 points1 point  (2 children)

      Yep! lol so ridiculous

They ignore abuse outside of CSAM Cases, which are dealt with quickly.

A lot of services do blindly, mega(.)nz is notorious for leaking IPs. We had houses raided because we had a few models ask us to report some stolen content. Devices Confiscated and returned, scared into not doing stupid shit again. Most are in non compliant nations who refuse to give people privacy after they desired to leave that career behind.

True but the large majority doesn't and they comply with LEAs daily.
